I would cut out Pinterest from my social media world. However, before all you Pinterest aficionados crucify me let me just say that there are some valid reasons. First, there is the format. It is a bit confusing to me, to be honest. And, for the life of me, I can’t seem to see the possibilities of Pinterest, that I’m sure are there.
The other social media outlets are crucial to my platform, and I’m sure Pinterest could be as well. If you are one of the millions of Pinterest wizards out there, then drop me a line and give a couple of highlights of the Pinterest possibilities. I would be forever grateful.
Because there only so hours in the day, I choose to let this media site fall to the waste side. But I am making every effort to rectify this issue. And one day, I’ll be a Pinterest user again.
However, until then, from you all, I must learn. So, any advice is greatly appreciated.
With Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, the format is so accessible and straight forward. I use them daily to reach out to people and learn from their experiences. The flow of these sites, to me, is flawless and intuitive.
So, in conclusion, for me, it’s Pinterest that must go. I’m sure you have specific reasons for cutting choice. Let me know about them the comments below. Who knows, maybe you can persuade me to your side. Show me the light, so to speak. I this little exercise has got you thinking about where you should be concentrating your social media energies.
Take what I have learned and apply it to the way you approach social media. Not all formats are right for everyone.
